comfortable upscale accommodations.

Recommend this hotel. We were upgraded to a balcony room with a kitchen. Able to walk to the beach and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the decor clearly new and updated. Close to La Jolla downtown. ...read more

The hotel was fine. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful if we needed anything. The landscaping was really nice and very tropical. We had trouble with our TV one night and they were right there in less than five minutes. We just really didn't have a problem and would stay there again without a doubt. ...read more

Family with Young Children
They were remodeling the hotel while we were there, so if you go anytime soon everything should be brand new. Our room was spotless, the carpet, linens, etc. were brand new, and the service was great. The included breakfast was much better than most. I had problems with my TV (user error!), and they sent someone up immediately to fix it! ...read more

I was very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The location was excellent and the room was first class. They have a very elegant shower which I thoroughly enjoyed. Having complimentary Wi-Fi is a "MUST HAVE" for most business travelers. The layout is more like cottages, with no hallways. downside is noise from the street. upside is a feeling of privacy without people walking up and down in front of your door.
